Now today marks Day 1 of the diet and workout plan, I am on my way to the gym, it will be a cardio workout mixed with some weight lifting targeting core and pectoral muscles.
5 minutes running
1 Sets of 10 reps of bench press
1 Sets of 10 reps of lateral bar pull down
1 Sets of 10 Reps of Machine Push up
Repeat 3 times the whole series.
