This is it.






Hello all you people reading my words!


First this will be hard to admit but I got to do something about my size, and obviously once i am thin again well this blog will have to serve another purpose... anyways..


My new Diet:

No more Sodas (this one will be tough)
Cutting half the sweets (for a start)
Nothing to eat after dinner, no snacks or anything EXCEPT nuts (non-salted)


Recommendations: Lots of water!!


Training. 3 Times a week based on fat burning series. A post will describe exactly my routine later in the week.
