Thin yet?





Hey world! you will be happy to know that I have lost 11 pounds and still melting!

Ok here is the secret, stay active and eat well. At lest change your habits in food and off you go.

At first i was always hungry and I have to admit it was hard but now that I see results it's much easier to continue.

Will keep you posted on my journey to be slim again and some new motivations and tool soon!

today...

Today i am sitting at 263 Pounds.

This is heavy man! wow! Ok
Now today marks Day 1 of the diet and workout plan, I am on my way to the gym, it will be a cardio workout mixed with some weight lifting targeting core and pectoral muscles.

5 minutes running
1 Sets of 10 reps of bench press
1 Sets of 10 reps of lateral bar pull down
1 Sets of 10 Reps of Machine Push up

Repeat 3 times the whole series.

This is it.






Hello all you people reading my words!


First this will be hard to admit but I got to do something about my size, and obviously once i am thin again well this blog will have to serve another purpose... anyways..


My new Diet:

No more Sodas (this one will be tough)
Cutting half the sweets (for a start)
Nothing to eat after dinner, no snacks or anything EXCEPT nuts (non-salted)


Recommendations: Lots of water!!


Training. 3 Times a week based on fat burning series. A post will describe exactly my routine later in the week.

On a trip?

Hello again! This is it, posts will start to pour out of my mind here and there.

I am on a buisness trip in Toronto. What happens to my workout you think?
Usually I would say as an excuse that I am not close to my gym, and that I can't go train.
Wrong you say? Most hotels now have gyms. What if the one I sleep in tonight does not?

Here is a series of exercises pulled out of my "iFitness" application for iPhone. It's made for this kind of situation.

Welcome!

Hi all! My name is Simon and I'm fat. Here are my specs

5' 10''
260 pounds. (as of September 1st)

Let's be honest I am a heavy weigh! Everyone knows that to be fat is bad for you. I know it , you know it. Did it change anything? Hell no!

I noticed that With being fat comes inevitably laziness. It's true, why go to the gym, let's watch Lost on ABC! (great show loved it)

But at some point in your life you face a choice, live or die. Ok that might be a little dramatic but ultimately this is it.

This blog will show progress of my lazy fat ass doing something about it.

Feel free to comment no one is censored as it is a free country and who gives a fuck? See not censored.

Ok enough talking, next post will explain more thoroughly the concept of this blog and my day to day life.
